Stays of 31–90 nights:

For stays exceeding 30 nights, the rental must be registered with the Italian tax office (Agenzia delle Entrate). The registration costs shall be paid equally by both parties. Furthermore, persons residing in Italy are required to provide an Italian tax identification number (Codice Fiscale).

Tourist Tax (for Residences):

Only in July and August €0.70 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 overnight stays. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt. It will be charged additionally.

Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Check-out: by 10 a.m.

The vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen and is designed for self-catering. This means that guests take care of their own daily supplies, such as food and hygiene products.
