Our intention is to provide a retreat for nature-loving individuals who seek relaxation and recreation away from mass tourism.

Ecological Construction

The holiday home is constructed using energy-efficient wooden building techniques. Consequently, the building also complies with high anti-seismic construction standards.

Ecological Management

We practice permaculture principles and completely refrain from using pesticides. The majority of the outdoor space consists of a natural wild meadow, which, unlike conventional lawns, does not require artificial irrigation. The remaining greenery primarily consists of old, robust varieties and native plants, which adapt better to the location and are less susceptible to pests and diseases.

Biodiversity

The natural garden provides a valuable habitat for rare wild bees and a variety of insects. These, in turn, form an important food source for birds and small mammals.

Gentle Tourism

More and more people are seeking relaxation away from tourist hotspots. We stand for gentle tourism that preserves our fauna and flora and ensures sustainable regeneration.

Family-Friendly and Step-Free

The holiday home is family-oriented. In the living area, you will find a small collection of board games, and upon request, we provide a baby crib and a high chair, as well as a changing pad and a baby toilet seat. The kitchen features child-friendly dishes and cutlery.

Finally, the step-free rooms with extra-wide doors round off the comfort of the lovely house.

We look forward to welcoming all those who wish to enjoy their vacation in our small holiday oasis.

Warm regards,

Your Costantini Family
